How we use it

We use this information to review your request, contact you about your project, confirm appointment details, prepare for service, and maintain business records. Your submission is stored in a private server-side database. Uploaded files are stored outside the public website directory and are not publicly accessible.

Service providers

If configured, secure email and SMS providers may process request details to deliver notifications to APR Handyman. Provider credentials are stored in server environment settings, not in website code. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention and security

We apply access restrictions to request records and uploads. No internet transmission or storage method is completely secure. Contact APR Handyman to ask about access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not currently use advertising cookies or third-party analytics. The website's hosting provider may maintain standard operational logs.
